Summer School 2023

Save the date: September 6 - 8, 2023, Berlin

Summer School 2023
Polar Piezoelectric Oxides

The summer school focusses on preparation, characterisation and application of polar piezoelectric oxide crystals with special emphasis on lithium niobate, lithium tantalate and its solid solutions. Atomistic transport processes, the behaviour of domain walls and many other fundamental topics will be introduced. The event is organised by the DFG Research Unit 5044 Periodic low-dimensional defect structures in polar oxides.
